We offer two forms of classes in both our warm venues.
Aquanatal swimming is a course based on improve technique in general
swimming whilst maintaining good practices to avoid risk of injury whilst
pregnant, and maintaining a sufficient level of exercise to keep healthy.
Aquanatal exercise sessions can run throughout your pregnancy and
develop core strength, overall health and provide relaxation during later
stages of your third trimester. For further individual information please
