professionally qualified instructors.

Small groups enable a good healthy workout whilst maintaining a friendly
environment making the sessions most enjoyable

The hydrostatic squeeze from the water generates constant exercise as your
body gently works against the pressure of the water improving your core
strength and tone.

Exercise in the water is one of the safest ways to get back into your “own” fitness
without risk of injury in the weightless environment!
