for each individual who then works to his or her optimum, under
the guidance of the instructor who will be there for any help needed.
This is a slightly more vigorous form of exercise in water.

Increased metabolism, strength & re-education of muscles, especially
those that have atrophied due to illness, injury or general disuse, are
some of the noted benefits, together with improved balance &
coordination. Recreation & socialisation are also important benefits
together with stress relief & relaxation.

Non swimmers & swimmers are both able to participate, enabling many people who might otherwise be unable to
exercise the opportunity to improve their fitness & health. Suitable for all body types with exercise tailored to suit
by our fully qualified instructors.
